PCS wins delay to end of check off – circular for All Members
PCS has lodged papers with the High Court seeking a declaration that PCS members in the DWP have a legal contractual right to pay their union subs by check off. In response the DWP has agreed to delay the end of check off by one month until the end of April. Read more here.
