The Branch issued an all members’ circular recently highlighting the cost of Opting Out of the employee deal (if the employee deal is accepted).
The work has been developed to include the overall costs, using the EO scale as an example.
The following tables show the impact on pay for an EO on the Max and Min compared to someone that does not have to Opt-Out. Those between the Min and Max fall in between.
