Members have raised questions with the Branch on specific points. We have raised these with PCS DWP Group and have received answers, the details are published below:

Question 1:

 If people fix a 9 am am start, what is the earliest that they can come in, is it a) 8:30 am (30 minutes before 9 am), b) 7:30 am or c) 9 am.

Similarly if someone fixes the end of the day at 5 Pm what is the earliest that they can start?

 Answer 1:

 8.00 am is the earliest that you can start in all cases, unless you have a fixed start time of 8.00 in which case 7.30 is the earliest you can start.
