Question 1:

Do you know the date in October that hours operational hours change to 7:45 – 18:30,

What date in February 17 does the ED planning tool come into effect?

 Under the ED if I put a start time as 8:00, then providing there is a work to be done need I can begin work at 7:30 and finish at 18:30 if I wished. Yet if I put a start time at 9:00 I would not be able to start work at 7:30 yet I could still work until 18:30. Is this actually correct?

Answer

 Operational hours do not change in October 2016 from what they are now. DWP is to issue Comms to clarify this.

 I think it is the first Monday In February that the ED planning tool comes into effect.
