The following message was sent from the DWP to PCS Departmentally today 22nd September 2016;

I have today received confirmation from XXXXXXXX ( the Implementation Lead for BSD) that all managers in Warbreck House have been informed that they should not be implementing the new operating hours in October. XXXX also discussing this with XXXXXXXX and XXXXX SLT to ensure this is understood across BSD
