Can you please see the details about the 7:30 am start for those people who fix at 8:00 am.

1. “Commencing at 7:30 am for those with a fixed start of 8 am

The question about the 7:30 am start for those who fix at 8 am; “employees may attend during the flexible working period providing there is work that is required to be done and the timing is the most productive for that work. Other than in ad hoc cases agreed with the manager, flex can be accrued from 08:00 (or from 07:30 for those with a 08:00 fixed start”.

There are different positions on the 7:30 am start, BSD Senior Management indicate that 7:45 am would be the earliest start time as there wasn’t work that needed to be done at 7:30 am.

Can you please confirm that the Branch is correct, there is plenty of work to be done all the time and that BSD’s position of “7:45 am would be the earliest start time as there wasn’t work that needed to be done at 7:30 am” is wrong and being used to avoid people being able to start at 7:30 am.
