What is the “flexible working period” at what time does it start, at what time does it conclude, and where in the agreement is this set out?

The scope of the ‘flexible working period’ is set out under the Flexible Working Hours Agreement (FWHA) under  FWHA Procedure 2 ( c). FWHA Advice Q5 and Q6 provides additional guidance. The period covered under these provisions is 07:30 to 20:00.
