Question:

I work part time four days a week, the ED agreement states:

13 d) iii) not to fix more than one in five consecutive working days beyond 17:00, unless the employee chooses to do so;

Does that mean my consecutive working days (Monday to Thursday), or the consecutive working days of the Department (Monday to Friday – or Monday to Saturday if/ when Saturday working comes in)?

Answer:

 The individual’s working days
