I work in Working Age Directorate telephony, and have been told the maximum amount of flexi that we can accrue on any give day is 30 minutes. So if you are scheduled to work 7 hours 30 minutes, the most you can work is 8 hours – building no more than 30 minutes a day.

Is this correct?
