I work in Disability Benefits Directorate telephony and have been told that I can only start 15 minutes before my fixed of non fixed tentpole, and only work 15 minutes after; so the 8 am start under the flexible working hours agreement doesn’t apply to telephony staff like it does other areas.
Is this correct?
Answer
No it is not correct. How can anyone be told that they can only start or finish 15 minutes before a non-fixed time.
