Members have raised questions with the Branch on specific points. We have raised these with PCS DWP Group and have received answers, the details are published below:

Question:

Do we know where the Decision Makers are in question, or is it all Decision Makers?

The PCS DWP Group circular says:

“Tent poles improved

The GEC have sought to lessen the impact of “overloading the tent poles”, especially at 1830. The DWP will shortly issue improved clarification on how the tent poles will be used in Rotation 2. Significantly for member’s the clarification will include:

• Reductions in 18.30 tentpoles for members in Fraud, Decision Makers and OED”

There are hundreds of Decision Makers who will now be asking what the details mean to them.

Answer

1. I am seeking clarity on this point (10^th May 2017)
2. This is still with DWP (12^th May 2017)
3. I am still waiting for clarification. If definitely applies to DRT and UC decision makers though if that helps (15^th May 2017)
