The Branch raised the restriction/ suspension of Flexible Working Hours in Disability Services Telephony in PCS DWP Group negotiators as if they indicate if there has been consultation, if not can we please chase for it as FWH have been restricted/ suspended for one group of members.

The response was:

“Thanks for your email. No there has been no consultation on that as I’m sure you expected. We’ve been in touch with Employee Relations to challenge this urgently.

If you get any further info if you pass that on that would be appreciated”.
