Just a general question regarding NWDs impact on percentages for late finishes (6:30 Pm)

If we have 140 staff in post, but 24 have Fridays as their NWDs this leaves actual Friday SIP of 116.

Should the late cover percentage be based on 140 staff or 116?

I don’t think there is a clear answer to this question. Common sense says 116. I will raise with management

The demand profiles are based on customer requirements so the calculation in the Friday scenario below is based on the number of team members, i.e. 140.
