Workers Beer Company Volunteering

IER are partnering with the Workers beer company to bring you opportunities to get in to music events for free!

The Workers Beer Company runs bars at events in the UK and Ireland. They have been operating since 1986 and during this time have worked at most of the major festivals including Glastonbury, Reading, Leeds, Latitude, Longtitude, Electric Picnic, Slane Castle and the Fleadhs.

All the frontline staff in Workers Beer Company bars are volunteers. They are from trade union branches, the labour movement, grassroots organisations, community groups and charities.

What do I get out of it?

You get to enter your favourite music events for free, and get free beer tokens by doing some bar work.

What do IER get out of it?

For every hour worked by our volunteers, the IER get a donation from the Workers Beer Company, which we will be putting towards supporting our important work on improving employment rights in the UK.

How do I apply????

To apply to be on our list of volunteers for these events, just email us at office@ier.org.uk  to express your interest. We will then be in touch with details of the events coming up to see if you want to go volunteer your time and watch your favourite bands.
