Colleagues,
Following this week’s earlier notice regarding phone banking we are contacting you about our plans for phone banking next week.
If you can spare some time to help with the phone banking during week commencing 2nd Julyplease email the NW Regional Office at nwrc@pcs.org.uk and let us know what time you are available to come in to help. Our data and research suggest that the optimum times for calling are: 12.30 to 2pm and from 4pm until 7 pm each week day. However if you are available at other times during the day please let the NW Regional Office know.
We are also seeking volunteers to help on Saturday 7th July from 10.30am to 2 pm
Phone banking will then continue on weekdays, up to Wednesday 18th July inclusive, and on Saturday 14th July. Again, if you are able give some time to help the campaign, please email the NW Regional Office.
The more reps and members help with the campaign, the greater the likelihood of our success. If every rep in the region just gave an extra two hours of their time, think how much more we could accomplish.
Full instructions, together with a script will be provided. Reasonable travel costs will also be met.
