You will be receiving your ballot papers shortly in the envelope shown with the leaflet explaining

Please vote and return ASAP, you will then receive an email to ask if you are happy for PCS to be made aware you voted, this will allow us to see how we are doing towards the 50% and will stop us contacting to see if you have voted.

Please can all members who have voted please speak to at least 3 colleagues to make sure they vote. All votes regardless of whether yes or no count to the 50%, if we don’t get over this threshold then management will take it as we are ripe for picking and THEY WILL attack our terms and conditions.
