The purpose of this circular is to remind members of a General Meeting to mandate (i.e. instruct) delegates to the forthcoming PCS National and DWP Group Conferences.
As the manner in which delegates vote can influence PCS policy on a range of issues from Pay Bargaining to the way the union is run, this is an important meeting.
